This includes dock structure, plumbing, electrical and property maintenance concerns. The Maintenance Manager diagnoses issues, evaluates options, and provides solutions for their properties. Using their knowledge, skills, and resources they repair and maintain all property facilities.&nbsp; </p> <p><span lang="EN">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><b><span lang="EN" style="font-size:14.0pt;line-height:115%">Responsibilities</span></b></p> <p><span lang="EN">&nbsp;</span></p> <p>The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the following:<span lang="EN"></span></p> <p><span lang="EN">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span lang="EN"><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span><span lang="EN">Observing the state of the docks including loose boats and ropes</span></p> <p><span lang="EN"><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span><span lang="EN">Observing safety and facility needs, such as loose decking and water leaks</span></p> <p><span lang="EN"><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>Repairing and maintaining facilities including cabins, docks, and RV Sites<span lang="EN"></span></p> <p><span lang="EN"><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span><span lang="EN">Researching and suggesting repair options to management</span></p> <p><span lang="EN"><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span><span lang="EN">Suggesting third party contractors as necessary</span></p> <p><span lang="EN"><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span><span lang="EN">Ensuring safety of team, guests, and other staff during work</span></p> <p><span lang="EN"><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span><span lang="EN">Allocating time and resources across multiple properties and facilities</span></p> <p><span lang="EN"><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>Communicating observations and concerns regarding the state of the property and equipment to other departments and management.<span lang="EN"></span></p> <p><span lang="EN"><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span><span lang="EN">Other tasks as necessary</span></p> <p><span lang="EN">&nbsp;</span></p> <p> </p> <p>The Maintenance Manager must be knowledgeable in marina and property maintenance requirements. They must be both handy with tools and equipment and also have the ability to see a bigger picture across multiple departments, facilities, and properties. As a team leader, they must communicate the needs of the job and the tasks of the staff while also verifying the job is done correctly and safely.<span lang="EN"></span></p> ]]></description>
